All uploaded evidence is stored in our secured database. Access is restricted to your authenticated account. We never share or sell Veteran records.
Each request is authenticated and authorized against your account. Administrators can access records only via the controlled admin portal, and all such access is logged.
Share links use unguessable tokens, have expiration dates, and can be revoked at any time. Every access is recorded.
Logins, document uploads, package generation, share-link actions, payment status, and ticket changes are all written to a tamper-evident audit log.
We do not store card details. All payments are processed by Stripe.
